I am a lifetime learner.

When I discover a technique, art material or an artist whose work is new to me and catches my eye, I tend to get excited and reach out for a pen and paper.  I take down notes, make little sketches and rummage thru reference photos plotting out my approach. 
I test out the method, theme, style or colorway that intrigued me. I learn as I work. Creating something new may or may not work on the first few attempts; however I adjust, evaluate and adapt to reach my end goal.
Finally, I share my artwork along with the insight and knowledge gained during my process, because I simply can't keep the joy I find by making art all to myself. 

Albert Einstein  said "Creativity is contagious, pass it on", and who am I to argue with him?
