Little ones can soar like a bird, float like a butterfly and twirl like
a ballerina with these easy to make Flutter Rings
Flutter rings are a terrific outlet for an imaginative youngster to run and play with. The streamers can "become" anything from feathers to a dancing rainbow for a little one.
Below are two versions of the project, one using purchased items and the other made with recyclables. Use caution and keep in mind the height of your child when making the streamers so they do not become a tripping hazard. Make one for each hand and put on some music for a dance party or take them outdoors and fly on the wind. ENJOY! - Julie
