the Art of texture
Time saver tipS:
trace around a collage board onto a piece of copier paper with a heavy marker and make the participants each a copy of the page. They can lay out the leaf arrangement in the square to make the transition to the sticky board easier.
I suggest squishing out a small puddle of glue onto a plastic scrap (squares in the supply bag) and have them ready to give to your artists once they have leaves placed onto the collage board.
The final step will go faster if the ink is prepared ahead of time AND READY TO HAND OUT TO PARTICIPANTS. in small portion or medicine cups mix together 8-10 drops of black ink and one drop of soft soap or dish liquid. (The amount that I made in the video was actually enough to paint another 2 boards.)
